ProActive work to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get active and live a healthier lifestyle. As part of this we offer opportunities to walk, run and get fit with our activity groups.

Walking for Health

This session is designed as a low intensity introduction to walking and is also a great way to meet new people.

When: Saturday 10-30am-11.30am
Where: Woolwell

Cost: Free

Couch to 3k

This running group is a 10 week, progressive program designed for beginners who are looking to increase their fitness.

When: Tuesday 5pm-6pm
Where: Windsor House, Tavistock Road

Cost: £2 per session
